Jehan FRISON (1882-1961)

Portrait Of A Noble Indian Man

Watercolour, 20 x 12 cm, private collection

This watercolour has been included in the gallery although it not really orientalist but indianist. Jehan Frison was a great traveller. He explored Orient and his adventures led him in Extreme-Orient. This watercolour is typical of the travelworks made by orientalists.
